Before joining the Clinical Research Unit of TTCRC as a Data Manager in January, 2021, I worked for four years in the Department of Microbiology, Tata Medical Centre, as a Data entry operator. I worked on a project of CDC-ICMR, on capacity building and strengthening of hospital infection control to detect and prevent antimicrobial resistance in India.
My work included to collect, preserve, manage and upload data related to COVID-19 testing. While on this project, I gathered experience of data collection using various data collecting instruments and the use of data management tools to make data user-available and secure at any time point.
Technical Skills: Collection, Management and analysis of patient data in the Gallbladder disease study. Supporting clinical management of patients in the paediatric oncology trials under the CRU.
3. Research interest
My work experience supports me to be involved in the clinical, demographical, and patient outcome related data management and analysis for the study of Gallbladder disease.
I also have a keen interest to work in the projects studying Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia including ICiCLe-ALL-14 and InPOGALL R1 studies, which aim to provide a standardized therapy in the country to treat children diagnosed with Frontline or Relapsed Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia.
