I pursued master’s degree in Molecular Biology and Biotechnology from University of Kalyani in 2013. I did my bachelor’s in Biochemistry from University of Calcutta in the year 2011. I worked as a summer intern in Microbiology department under the guidance of Dr. T K Dutta from Bose Institute, Kolkata. In 2014 I started my career as a Technical Executive of Quality Assurance in Diatek Healthcare Pvt Ltd. Then in 2015 I moved into a different field, working as a Laboratory Technician, a public sector which deals with the eradication of polio virus under the supervision of World Health Organisation and Govt. of India
3. Research interest
Here in TTCRC I work as Cell Biology Research Assistant. My current project includes therapeutic drug monitoring and optimising the dosage of a potent anti-leukemic drug Asparaginase. In-vitro cytotoxicity assay of asparaginase is something I am at right now as well.
My research interest is to start an antibody assay for native and PEGylated form of asparaginase.
I also want to focus on the biology of relapses in pediatric leukemic patients in near future.
